Created in 1997, the DIAM GROUP today employs a work force of more than 600, distributed over fourteen companies in France and abroad, themselves grouped into three divisions commonly known as the « green », « blue » and « yellow » divisions.

The « green » division of the group proposes the activities of industrial subcontracting and manufacturing of cutting tools for household appliances, the kitchen and the food industry.

The « blue » division or the « industrial blades » division develops, produces and markets AMV industrial cutting tools, ULTRA blades for saws and SOF precision cutting tools.

The « yellow » division of the group covers the activities of design, manufacture and marketing of on-board equipment for industrial vehicles.
