The SOFDIAM factory located at Chambon Feugerolles (42) and integrated in the "industrial blades" division of the DIAM GROUP in 2004 proposes precision metal slitting saws and cutting tools under the SOF trade mark: end mills, reamers, rods.
SOF products are historically sold as "maintenance" products. This implies that SOFDIAM has to be highly reactive and show a high service rate.

SOF products today have 6000 part numbers for a client service rate of about 98%. The SOFDIAM product offer, mostly standard, meets about 80% of its requirements. For the rest, the company has developed a "specific" product offer for which it adapts its "standard" products to the clients' specific requirements.

Five technical representatives in France and an Export department ensure the distribution of products over home and international markets.
